Artisan hand-crafted wine je​llies are great for entertaining or just a peanut butter and jelly sandwich believe it or not. 

We currently have Me​rlot, Cabernet, Sangria and Moscato. The jelly is infused with the flavors of the wine but as you know the alcohol burns off during the heating process creating this amazing

taste of wine.

I get a kick out of people saying "Wine Jelly I never heard of that"

and then I off​er them a sample of their choice and this pleasant

smile comes across their face and they say "Oh my god I can taste the wine". It always makes me smile.

Bourbon Jams:

Yes you heard right Bourbon Jams! You can enjoy them on your morning bagel or pour over ice cream and of course other ways to enjoy them. We offer Cherry Bourbon, Peach Bourbon and our new Very Berry Bourbon.



Wine Jelly or Bourbon Jam Recipes:

Cream Cheese Spread - 1/3 cup of any flavor Wine Jelly or Bourbon Jam and (1) 8 oz package of cream cheese (soften).  Combine jelly or jam into cream cheese.  Mix by hand until smooth. Refrigerate for about one hour so the flavors can blend.  Serve with your favorite crackers.


Shari's Amazing Grill Cheese Sandwich - 2 slices of good sourdough bread, 1 thinly sliced granny smith apple, 2 to 3 slices of cheddar cheese (swiss cheese is great as well) Spread both slices of bread with your favorite wine jelly or bourbon jam.  Please slices of cheese on top of spread as well as apples.  Toast until golden brown and gooey.


Brie Delight - Use your favorite brie heat to directions on brie package.  Once it is nice and warm and soft just take a jar or our favorite wine jelly or bourbon jam, spread it all over and serve with your favorite crackers. Now that is simple.
